Lender’s Technical Advisory Role

Fittons is one of the few Consultancy firms in the region which has the capabilities of providing Lender’s Technical Advisory services.

District Cooling Feasibility Studies

Fittons perform feasibility studies through Master Planning and Concept to Full Designs for Plant Rooms, ETS’s and Reticulation Pipe Networks.

Energy Modelling

Fittons can perform energy modelling using dynamic simulation modelling software for the proposed building and for baseline building to calculate the energy consumption
